Topa Topa lodge is making the best of all technological communications methods to improve our efforts to let you know what is happening in the Lodge and the OA in general. Explore this site for links to many of the methods you can plug into, here is a list of where and how you can find us:
Topa Topa hosts a public Facebook page. You can also reach us by clicking the Facebook link to the right of this page and “like” us. You must have a Facebook account to do so. You can also search within Facebook, our user name is topatopalodge.
We maintain a Twitter page for tweeting information to our followers. If you want to follow us, just click the Twitter link on the right of this page and Follow Us. Or you can log on to www.twitter.com/topatopalodge. You will need a Twitter account.
TEXT MESSAGES
You can opt in to receive text messages from us. We will begin this program very soon. In order to be able to text you, we need your mobile number AND your mobile carrier. You can opt in by filling out the information on the Request Info link. Not all carriers participate. And remember that standard SMS messaging rates will apply, check your mobile plan before opting in.
TOM TOM NEWSLETTER
The Tom Tom Newsletter is published 4 or more times per year. It is mailed to all dues paid members of the Lodge at that time. We will also post a PDF copy (and archives) of the Tom Tom after it has been mailed, right here on the website. If you have anything you’d like to contribute to the next Tom Tom (photos, short videos, stories, reports, etc.) please email them to tomtom@topatopa.org
We continually send out email blasts from the OA REMINDERS email account. If you think you are not receiving our emails, please send us your current email address on the Request Info link
WEBSITE
Our newly revised website should be the destination of all things Topa Topa. The front page is designed to provide bloglike updates, for quickly adding news at a moment’s notice. When we post a new entry, Facebook and Twitter will be updated as well. If someone outside the OA asks, direct them to the website for all the information they need. If you have any contributions, please feel free to let us know!
