2025 Fall Brotherhood Ceremony
We will be traveling to Camp Trask to participate in their Brotherhood Ceremony on December 6th
Check-in is at 6:30 PM. The ceremony will conclude at 9:00 PM.
Scouts are welcome to stay overnight and are also invited to remain on Sunday to assist the Malibu Lodge with their Ordeal weekend, which will end on Sunday at 9:00 PM.
For Brotherhood candidates, the cost of attendance is $25, which includes your Brotherhood sash and beads. Those wishing to observe are free. All food costs will be covered by the Malibu Lodge.
Remember to bring a completed Medical Form (parts A and B).
Requirements for Completing Brotherhood:
- Be active in your unit for at least 6 months as an Ordeal member.
- Memorize the obligation, song, handshake, admonition, and sign.
- Memorize the parts of the Ordeal.
- Write a letter to the Lodge Secretary explaining your understanding of the Ordeal and your future plans to serve in the Lodge.
This is an excellent opportunity—one you shouldn’t pass up. Everyone who is eligible is strongly encouraged to attend.
